We are committed to building the resilience of our local community.
Our confidential crisis support is available via phone, text, or online chat. The service is delivered by volunteers who are skilled and equipped to assist those who call by providing support to people in crisis and referral options. We also provide other community services, these include general face to face counselling, free problem gambling counselling and education sessions, free financial counselling, ASIST suicide intervention and safeTalk workshops.
Anyone across Australia who is experiencing a personal crisis, contemplating suicide, or caring for someone in crisis can contact Lifeline.
Regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation, our trained Crisis Supporters are ready to listen without passing judgment and to provide support and referrals.
